4 of the Best Smelling Wedding Day Scents that Photograph Beautifully
Photographs are one of the most important parts of your wedding day. Photos hold on to those memories that you never want to forget on one of the most meaningful days of your life. There are a ton of components that go into the perfect wedding day photos, and one of those that we don’t think about is perfume that you decide to wear on that day. You might be saying, “who cares?,” but trust me, your photographer will be impressed. I’ve listed some of my absolute favorite scents that just so happen to come in the most beautiful bottles if you’re looking for that one of a kind special day photo.
My #1/signature scent: Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb - the original scent, Eau de parfum. I'm sure the new ones are nice, too but the original is where it's at for me. I know it's probably more of a "date night" scent, but I will wear this all day, every day, any time of year. I just love it. It's kind of pricey, but lasts forever. Plus, the rose gold bottle cap mixed with the blush colored perfume is a total wedding day photographers dream.
A close alternative to Viktor and Rolf is La Vie Est Belle by Lancome. While slightly more affordable than Flowerbomb, This is just such a classic scent to me. A total make-you-feel-sexy mood booster. The clear bottle, with the pink perfume inside and the little gray ribbon on top is totally photo-worthy for your big day as well.
Miss Dior Eau de Parfum -in the same price range as La Vie Est Belle. This one is right along the same lines as both Flowerbomb and La Vie Est Belle. I clearly have one type of nose when picking out my scents! The bottle is equally as pretty, with a silver little bow tied on the cap. Classic.
Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming - Not a ton of difference between Miss Dior Eau de Parfum and this one here, but this one is just a really beautiful scent. The bottle is pretty much the same as the EDP and fully photographable for your wedding day!
