1.) Purchase 1 of these notes for each card you would like a note added to. Ex: Ordering 6 bridesmaid cards and would like to add a note to all 6? Please purchase 6 of the cards you would like to order as well as 6 of these notes.

2.) Leave us your note(s) by clicking "add to cart" and filling out the pop up form that pops up. Be sure to let us know which cards get which note on the inside along with the note(s) to be included.
