Here's how it works:

1.) Purchase 1 of these personalizations for each card you would like a name added to. Ex: Ordering 6 bridesmaid cards and would like to add a name to all 6? Please purchase 6 of the cards you would like to order as well as 6 of these personalizations.

2.) Leave us the name(s) by clicking "add to cart" and filling out the form that pops up. Be sure to let us know which cards get which names.
